What’s Good :-
Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu is a comedy treat but easily could be said that Old Wine in New Bottle. The scenes between Mohan Babu, Meena and Ramya Krishna are quite entertaining. Few episodes of twists and hilarious comedy are only the a biggest relief in the movie. First half has been set in a right way and few moments in the second half are executed very well.
What’s Bad :-
What not every point of story line can be said as weakest section to select at this age. The story of 90’s has been remade with loads of melodrama taking mistaken identities as the main plots. Narration goes much predictable after few minutes of second half and climax just dropped its energy.
Movie Review – Story :-
Bakthavatsalam Naidu (Mohan Babu) who is shuffling between 2 wifes Meena and Ramya Krishna has two children with each. Poorna and Varun Sandesh are siblings but this wasn’t revealed and in real life they are set to fall in love. Bakthavatsalam Naidu who wants to not happen this hires Balraju (Allari Naresh) to keep both his children in a seperate world. In the meantime Balraju falls for Poorna which creates new problems to Bakthavatsalam Naidu. Rest of the story is about will Balraju win Poorna’s heart and Bakthavatsalam Naidu identity will be revealed.
Movie Review :-  Script Analysis : –
Mohan Babu has well inched role in Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu with much packed comedy elements and his timing along with dialogue delivery is his asset. The main plot has been revealed in the beginning of the story which is much predictable to its proceedings but well-packed with comedy elements. The outdated story and many characters are not used to their ability. Second half lacks pace and the melodrama tests the patience. Climax is rushed up..
Movie Review :- Technical Analysis :-
Musical scores by 3 Directors didn’t attract at all and so the Background score. Cinematography should be applauded for their work and editing could be more crisp. Srinivas Reddy is not up to the mark with this script and narration. Productions values are rich.
Movie Review : My Last Word
Mama Manchu Alludu Kanchu is just an one time watchable family entertainer and couldn’t make the youth to walk in to theaters.
Punch Line :- Only for hardcore Mohan Babu fans.
