Recently, the film got a major hurdle in the form of Heritage Animal Task Force with the allegation that the team of Baahubali violated the rules of Animal Welfare Board while shooting in Kerala forest.
Going to the details, makers used an elephant named Chirackal Kalidasan for the shoot without obtaining the permission letter from the Performing Animals Registration Rule 2001 and the Task Force officials said the team Baahubali did the shooting with elephant without any safety measures.
So, Task Force writes a letter to Prime Minister’s Office to take action on the Baahubali makers and the owner of mahout under the violation of PCA Act 1960. Let us wait and see how this case would turn into.
